We keep an email list. We use this list to get information out to our members that can't wait for the next meeting. I reckon the most common email is when someone has a swarm in their yard or house and would like y'all to come on out and take it away.

We also get requests for educational services, looking for people to put on presentations.

Sometimes we even get good deals on equipment.
