1 cup honey
3 eggs beaten
3 T. butter
1 t. vanilla extract
1-1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 pinch nutmeg
Bring honey & butter to boil. Stir the beaten eggs into the honey. Add vanilla, nuts & nutmeg. Stir well & pour into partially cooked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
